Based at the client site in Nashville, TN, you'll be responsible for managing the project team and the overall project delivery, but also for the management of the project development from conception through completion in accordance with program objectives. You will manage and provide oversight and facilitate resolution to complex project related challenges.As the onsite Owners Representative, you'll be responsible for ensuring not only the progress and technical performance of a project, but also the material management, schedule, cost, scope and safety of the team. By developing and delivering on project scopes, budgets, reports, contracts, and schedules, you'll help our team achieve our client's objectives. Your keen ability to multi-task, communicate effectively and tackle project challenges will allow you to thrive in our fast-paced environment.Here's what you'll need:Bachelor of Science in an Engineering discipline, Construction Management, or Architecture10+ years of experience as a Project Manager in an Engineering, Environmental or Construction organizationExperience managing projects of $50 million+Advanced working knowledge of contract management, pre-design, pre-construction, renovations, demolition, and new construction building systems/components and technologyExperience with various the disciplines, trades and systems related with an emphasis on full project deliveryOSHA 30 CertificationStrong people leadership skills along with building and maintaining client relationshipsIdeally, you'll also have:Professional Engineer (PE) or Registered Architect (RA) (preferred but not required)Experience with managing work for private sector clients (preferred but not required)Our health and welfare benefits are designed to invest in you, and in the things you care about.
