Technician

Insight Global is seeking a motivated, entry-level Automotive Technician to support an Automotive R&D organization to support vehicle maintenance, testing, preparation activities, and vehicle scrapping. This role is ideal for someone with a foundational understanding of automotive service who is eager to learn, take on a variety of responsibilities, and grow within a hands-on environment.

Required Skills & Experience

1+ year of hands-on automotive experience
Experience with tire work, oil changes, filter changes, brake service, etc.
Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with shop tools
Willingness to learn new skills, including operating industrial equipment
Strong work ethic and a team-first, adaptable attitude
Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately


Nice to Have Skills & Experience

ASE Certification
Suspension Experience
Experience working on a telehandler (large forklift)
