Logistics Operations - Driver

Rainmaker is pioneering a modern cloud seeding system to solve water scarcity and inclement weather problems. We develop and incorporate radar validation, weather-resistant UAS, numerical weather modeling, and sustainable cloud seeds into an effective precipitation enhancement solution. Join our team and help shape the future while growing alongside a company with a clear purpose. \n Scope of Work Three to Five multi-day trips per month to and from Utah, Oregon and Los Angeles. Operate company owned vehicles for local, regional, and interstate deliveries. Transport equipment, parts, and vehicle systems safely and efficiently. Conduct pre trip and post trip vehicle inspections. Maintain accurate delivery documentation and logs. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local transportation laws. Coordinate with operations and engineering teams on delivery timelines. Routine engagements with vendors and service providers contracted by Rainmaker. Qualifications Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver’s license with clean driving record required. Ability to travel regionally and interstate as needed. Experience driving vans, trucks, or commercial vehicles preferred. Mechanical aptitude and comfort using tools and shop equipment. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. Reliable, punctual, and self motivated. Ability to pass a drug and background screening. Schedule Full time position. Overtime and overnight travel required. Some early mornings or extended days depending on delivery schedules. \n $25 - $35 an hour Hourly rate with routine overtime. \n
