Here’s What You Need Nursing Diploma required or Associate's Degree Nursing required BSN (preferred) 1 Year of experience as a registered nurse in an acute care setting required RN - Registered Nurse Upon Hire (Required) BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly Req And CPI - Crisis Prevention Intervention Training Maintained Annually 90 Days Req And ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support Upon Hire Pref And ONC - Orthopedic Nurse Certified Upon Hire Pref What You Will Do Delivers care to patients utilizing the Nursing Process assesses the patient plans the care of the patient intervenes as appropriate evaluates the effectiveness of interventions Incorporates age specific safety/infection control measures into patient care.
