Description\n

American Traveler is hiring an Echo Technologist / Cardiac Sonographer with at least 1 year of recent experience and vascular registry certification for a 13-week travel assignment.

Details\n

• Ultrasound department with 5 ultrasound units
\n
• 4x10hr day shifts, Monday through Thursday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
\n
• No floating required
\n
• No call required
\n
• Uses Cerner EMR
\n

Requirements\n

\n
• Minimum of 1 year recent experience in echocardiography required
\n
• Vascular registry required
\n
• Echo experience required
\n
• General ultrasound studies experience required
\n
• License required if applicable
\n
• No certifications expiring within the first 30 days of assignment start
\n
• No employment gaps of 90+ days within the past 12 months
\n

Additional Information\n

\n
• Perform echocardiograms, EKGs, holter monitor hookups and scanning
\n
• Responsible for editing and filing EKG recordings and cardiology records and appropriate billing of charges
\n
• No dedicated scrub color required
\n
• Maximum RTO request of 1 week
\n
• Does not accept local candidates within a 50-mile radius
\n
• Not eligible if previously worked at this facility as permanent staff within the past 2 years
\n
