Sourcing SpecialistOur client in De Pere, WI is seeking a detail-oriented Sourcing Specialist to support procurement and supply chain operations. This role is responsible for identifying and managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts and pricing, analyzing market trends, and ensuring the timely procurement of materials and services.Key Responsibilities:Source, evaluate, and onboard new suppliersNegotiate pricing, contracts, and supplier agreementsMonitor supplier performance, quality, and delivery metricsPartner with cross-functional teams to support demand planning and material availabilityAnalyze sourcing data and market trends to drive cost savings and process improvementsResolve supplier-related issues and maintain accurate sourcing recordsQualifications:- 2+ years of experience in sourcing, purchasing, procurement, or supply chain - Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills - Experience managing supplier relationships and contracts - Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and ERP systems - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or related field preferredThis is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional looking to make an impact within a fast-paced manufacturing environment while helping drive sourcing strategy and supplier performance.
