We guide buyers through the whole acquisition process, from finding the right business to negotiating the deal and closing. About the Role We’re looking for an Advisory Consultant to manage a portfolio of 4–5 acquisition clients. You’ll be each client’s main point of contact. You’ll find businesses that match what they’re looking for, review deals with them, coach them through our training program, and help move deals to closing. Typical deals range from $500,000 to $2,000,000. This role is a good fit for someone who is organized, enjoys working with people, and wants their earnings tied directly to results. What You’ll Do Track the progress of clients in our Consulting and Advisory programs Find on-market and off-market businesses that fit each client’s buy box Contact business brokers and sellers to get business information, financials, and CIMs Review potential deals with clients and help them decide which to pursue Hold regular meetings with clients to review progress and set next steps Send training videos and assign tasks to clients, and follow up on completion Respond promptly to clients through their communication channels Support LOIs, due diligence, and closing coordination Keep client and deal records up to date and report progress to leadership Qualifications 2+ years of experience in sales, business brokerage, M&A, consulting, or lending Able to read financial statements and understand SDE, EBITDA, and business valuation Strong communication skills with clients, brokers, and business owners Organized and able to manage several clients and deals at once Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely Comfortable learning new tools (BuySidePro experience is a plus, not required) Available Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Reliable internet and a computer Must live in and work from the United States Preferred Experience buying, selling, or advising on small businesses Existing relationships with business brokers, lenders, or M&A professionals Compensation $2,000 monthly base 40% of the success fee on deals you lead 20% of the success fee on shared deals 0.75% of transaction value on consulting client deals 60% of the success fee on clients you refer No cap on commission earnings Why Join Us Fully remote Real clients and live deals from day one Structured 60-day onboarding and training Path to contract extension and senior roles based on performance #J-18808-Ljbffr Legacies Acquisitions
