Founded in 2019, we manufacture our own products in Spain, carefully managing every step of the process with a firm commitment to excellence and responsibility. 2. Job Description: What Will Your Mission Be?- Receiving & Quality Control: You will receive shipments from the central warehouse, verify delivery notes, and inspect product conditions. You will detect discrepancies and work closely with Customer Service to resolve duplicate orders.
- Order Fulfillment (Pick, Pack & Ship): You will pick and pack products according to our brand's strict packaging, presentation, and sustainability standards. You will manage labeling and shipping, as well as prepare special orders (such as marketing campaigns or influencer gifting).
- Internal Logistics: You will replenish store stock, restock the warehouse, or transfer materials between locations, actively and safely supporting loading and unloading tasks.
- Maintenance, Order & Safety: You will keep your workspace clean and organized using the 5S methodology. You will ensure that packaging materials and shipping supplies are always fully stocked.
- Inventory Control: You will participate in weekly inventories to reconcile physical stock with the system, log operational incidents, and propose improvements to optimize daily operations.
3. Requirements: Who Are We Looking For?
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in warehouse, logistics, or order fulfillment roles, preferably within e-commerce or retail.
- Technical Skills: Mastery of Pick, Pack & Ship processes and basic use of warehouse management systems (WMS/ERP).
- Operational Skills: Knowledge of safety regulations, cargo handling, and best practices for packaging and quality control.
- Personal Profile: An organized individual with great attention to detail, a proactive attitude, strong teamwork skills, and fluent professional proficiency in Spanish.
