Job Details Job Details: Our fast‑paced manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a dependable, highly skilled, and dedicated individual with a strong background in industrial maintenance. This is a permanent, full‑time position, offering competitive compensation and benefits. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing our complex machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime. Responsibilities: Perform routine and preventive maintenance on all production and operating equipment. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems. Operate a variety of hand and power tools to repair, grease, weld, cut, change parts, and complete tasks as assigned. Read and interpret equipment manuals, blueprints, and work orders to perform required maintenance and service. Fabricate and modify parts as required to repair or enhance machinery. Maintain and repair conveyor systems, ensuring optimal functionality. Conduct regular inspections to identify faulty equipment, test new machinery before use, and plan future maintenance tasks. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, including lockout‑tagout. Document and maintain records of all maintenance and repair work. Communicate effectively with team members and management about ongoing repairs and maintenance, ensuring clear understanding of timelines and potential impact on production. Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience in an industrial maintenance role. High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school certification is a plus. Demonstrated mechanical and electrical skills, including experience with hydraulics and pneumatics. Proficiency in welding, machine repair, and blueprint reading. Experience with conveyor systems and fabrication. Solid understanding of preventive maintenance procedures. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem‑solving skills. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods. Must be able to work in a noisy environment and adhere to safety guidelines at all times. Must be available for potential after‑hours emergencies or during peak production periods.
