Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are looking for individuals who are mechanically inclined. If you are a "Jack of all trades", or even just a "Jack of a few trades", we may be a good fit for you!An ideal candidate may have experience in any of the following areas: RV repair, "Handyman" experience, or general home repair experience. Experience in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair or other applicable trades.Attention to detail and problem solving skills are imperative. We will train the right candidate as long as you possess the ability to retain the information. Additionally, you must possess the ability to problem solve and diagnose issues. We don't expect anyone to know everything, but there is nothing that can't be figured out by using the internet for manuals, diagrams, forums, videos, etc...The RV repair industry is becoming more and more competitive. Our customers choose us because they know that we truly know our stuff! Communication, professionalism, knowledge, and integrity is what our customers appreciate about us, and those are the attributes we need in our technicians.No engine work will be required. No weekends required.RequirementsAbility to work well in a team environment, but also the ability to be a self-starter when working alone or unsupervised.Problem solving and attention to detailCustomer service through excellent customer communication and professionalismTime management: Complete work orders within time billed to customerAbility to learn and retain information through verbal, visual, and hands on trainingDocument and photograph all needed repairs as well as all completed repairsMust be able to work outside or in un-climate controlled environmentsReliable with a strong work ethicValid drivers licenses
