About This Role:

The Health Education & Outreach Coordinator connects Evara Health with the community through pediatric and behavioral health education, outreach, and strategic partnerships. This role coordinates community events, builds relationships with schools and organizations, and supports initiatives that increase awareness, reduce barriers to care, and expand access to services.

What You'll Do: 

• Community Outreach & Education
  • Conduct community outreach, education, and training on pediatric and behavioral health topics while promoting Evara Health services and resources.
  • Coordinate community events, including scheduling, logistics, materials, setup, and on-site engagement; maintain outreach records and participation metrics.

• Education & Partnership Development
  • Deliver presentations, trainings, and informational sessions to schools, families, community organizations, and other stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with schools, healthcare providers, community organizations, and external stakeholders to expand awareness and access to Evara Health services.

• Clinical Project Coordination
  • Support clinical and operational initiatives by maintaining project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, documentation, and performance metrics.
  • Coordinate meetings, track action items, monitor progress, identify barriers, and facilitate communication across multidisciplinary project teams.

• Program Data & Evaluation
  • Collect, organize, and maintain data related to outreach programs, clinical initiatives, partnerships, and project outcomes.
  • Assist with reporting and evaluation activities while identifying opportunities to strengthen community engagement, improve access, and align initiatives with Evara Health priorities.

• Administrative & Operational Support
  • Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, educational materials, and outreach communications to support community and clinical initiatives.
  • Operate Evara Health vehicles as needed and maintain compliance with Evara Health, HIPAA, state, federal, accreditation, and other applicable regulatory requirements.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in public health, social work, education, healthcare administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 
• Experience in community outreach, health education, behavioral health, or pediatric services preferred.
