Marketing & Business Development Specialist - International Trade and Antitrust & Competition

We are seeking a Marketing & Business Development Specialist to support our International Trade & Investment and Antitrust & Competition practices. As part of a collaborative global Marketing & Business Development team, you will work closely with partners and cross‑functional colleagues to drive strategic business development initiatives, elevate market profile, strengthen client relationships, and support revenue growth. What You'll Do Co‑Lead the development of pitches, proposals, and RFP responses Support business development planning, client targeting, and opportunity identification Execute integrated marketing and thought leadership campaigns Draft and distribute client-focused content, including web, email, and social media communications Manage legal directory and award submissions Coordinate client events, sponsorships, and seminars from strategy through execution Conduct client, market, and competitive intelligence research Maintain CRM data and support business development reporting and tracking Collaborate with colleagues across practices, industries, and regions on strategic initiatives What We're Looking For 5+ years of marketing and/or business development experience, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment Strong pitch, proposal, and business development experience Excellent writing, communication, and stakeholder management skills Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines Strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities Bachelor's degree required Experience supporting global or cross-border teams preferred Experience with CRM and business development platforms such as InterAction, Foundation, or similar systems is a plus Why Join Us?
