Titrate and manage medications including sedation, paralytics, pressors, antihypertensives, heparin, and insulin. Engage in bedside shift reporting and intentional hourly rounding. Utilize equipment such as vents, CPAP, BiPAP, High Flow systems, and monitor patient telemetry. Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide exceptional patient care. Qualifications Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS Registered Nurse (RN) licensure required. Must be able to read and interpret telemetry strips. Shifts & Scheduling Shift Length: 12 hours Shift Times: 0630-1900, 1830-0700 Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend Holiday Requirements: As needed Floating Requirements: Mainly to PCU, may float to other areas depending on skills. Additional Notes This is a fast-paced environment that benefits from a remote eICU monitoring system.
