Pay Rates - Per Completed Visit SOC / ROC - $150 Eval (complex skill add‑on) - $115 Revisit / Discharge - $70 Downtime (pre‑approved wait time) - $45/hr Premium Add‑ons Same‑Day / Urgent: +$25 Weekend: +$25 Holiday: +$50 "Completed" = visit done in the home + documentation finished in EMR within 24 hours + orders/signatures uploaded + meets QA standards.
