Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Location: Jenison, Michigan Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time | In-Home Looking for a BCBA role in a supportive and growth-oriented environment? Conduct assessments and adjust programming based on progress. Supervise, train, and mentor RBTs and behavior technicians. Collaborate with caregivers, families, and internal teams to support generalization of skills. Analyze data to ensure care meets clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards. Maintain accurate documentation and comply with insurance and regulatory requirements. Help build training platforms and feedback systems to support staff development. Compensation and schedule Pay Range : $60–$70 per hour (or salary equivalent), depending on experience and role type Scheduling Options : Full-time (30–40 hours/week) Part-time (15–29 hours/week) Weekend and evening cases available Work Environment : In-home Clinic-based Hybrid options based on your preferences BCBA skill and qualification requirements Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field Active Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing Michigan state license (or eligibility to obtain) Strong leadership and communication skills Experience supervising RBTs and delivering family-centered ABA care Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for in-home visits Join a team that respects your expertise, supports your growth, and gives you the tools to thrive personally and professionally.
