Benefits 401(k) matching Bonus based on performance Company parties Competitive salary Employee discounts Free uniforms Opportunity for advancement Primary Job Duties Assist with dental treatments as instructed Follow office policies and systems Take and record dental histories and patient records Prepare instruments; clean treatment areas; sterilize equipment, manage supplies Responsible for patient flow, keeping treatment rooms neat and organized in a timely manner Instruct patients in oral hygiene, bleaching protocols, etc Front office support: greeting patients, answering phones, scheduling, maintaining files as needed Being accountable and reliable Ideal Candidate At least 5 years experience as a dental assistant Desire to develop and excel as a dental assistant Personable and like to work with people Ability to project a positive, warm and professional image in person and on the phone Strong organizational skills – you see what needs to be done and do it Articulate and service-oriented Ability to multi-task, take initiative and anticipate the needs of others Reliable, accountable and prompt; available for at least 35 hours per week Works well in a team, with humor, enthusiasm and joyful consideration of others Does well under pressure and in a fast-paced work environment Experience with temporary fabrication, impression taking and x-ray certification #J-18808-Ljbffr Roberto Macedo Dentistry LLC
