Local bakery seeking reliable and enthusiastic team members for Front Counter Associate position . Seeking individuals with flexible availability. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to join a fun, friendly bakery environment.
Front Counter AssociateA day in the life of a Front Counter Associate:
- Greet customers warmly and assist with bakery selections and orders.
- Handle transactions at the register, process payments, and provide accurate change.
- Package customer orders and ensure products are presented beautifully.
- Keep the bakery counter clean, organized, and presentable while following food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Communicate with bakers and other staff to ensure a smooth workflow.
Requirements of a Front Counter Associate:
- Must be over the age of 18.
- Must have flexible availability for daytime and weekend shifts.
- Customer service and bakery experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Flexible hours.
- Hourly pay increases at 30/60/90 days.
- Work in a fun, friendly, and supportive environment.
