Orthodontic Assistant – Orthodontic Office

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–5:00 PM

Are you an experienced healthcare, dental, or patient care professional looking to join a positive, fast-paced orthodontic team? Pickard Orthodontics is seeking a Clinic Assistant to help deliver exceptional patient experiences while supporting our clinical team.

• Assist doctors and clinical team members during orthodontic procedures
• Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and equipment for patient appointments
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient clinical environment
• Educate and support patients throughout their orthodontic treatment journey
• Take records, impressions, photographs, and other patient documentation as trained
• Follow infection control and sterilization protocols
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth patient experience
• Travel to other office locations as needed

• Minimum 1 year of experience in dental assisting.
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Positive, upbeat, and team-oriented attitude
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-focused
• Calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment
• Kind, respectful, and patient-focused
• Ability to learn new systems, procedures, and clinical techniques
• Willingness to travel between office locations as needed

• Dental assisting or orthodontic experience
• X-ray certification (if required by state regulations)
• Experience working with electronic health records or dental software
• Healthcare, pediatric, hospitality, or customer-facing experience

$18.00 - $25.00 per hour , depending on experience and qualifications.
