Powell Animal Hospital in Powell, Tennessee is seeking a full-time customer service representative to join our outstanding team! Must be able to perform under pressure, in a fast-paced environment, and work well independently as well as on a team. Attention to detail is a must.

Your Experience & Skills

• Computer experience is required
• Ability to multi-task and be proactive
• Ability to triage, prioritize, and possess excellent time management skills.
• Ability to communicate with staff and clients in a professional and respectful manner
• Working knowledge of basic animal care and clinic flow
• Ability to stay calm and effective in a busy, sometimes high-stress environment
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Team-oriented mindset with solid communication skills
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
