Grants Writer

To support the nonprofit community, the part-time Grants Writer will research, develop, write, and submit grant proposals while managing a consistent grant pipeline and collaborating with internal program staff in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Research and identify new grant opportunities aligned with organizational priorities and write compelling grant proposals Maintain a comprehensive grant calendar to track submissions, deadlines, and funding decisions Collaborate with program staff to gather necessary data and develop content for proposals and reports Required qualifications Minimum 2-4 years of grant writing experience in a nonprofit setting Demonstrated success in securing grant funding Proficiency with Microsoft Office and grant research tools Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines Familiarity with nonprofit funding environments in New York preferred
