Built on our Italian heritage, we are known for fresh pasta, scratch-made sauces, handcrafted cocktails, and genuine hospitality. We are seeking a driven, hands‑on Assistant Manager who leads by example, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and is passionate about hospitality and team development. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily front‑of‑house operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences Lead, train, and develop servers, bartenders, and support staff Maintain service standards and uphold company policies Assist with scheduling, labor management, and cost control Handle guest concerns professionally and effectively Support inventory management and operational organization Work closely with ownership and management team to drive performance Job Requirements Minimum 2 years of management or supervisory experience in a full‑service restaurant. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and hold team members accountable. Excellent problem‑solving abilities and composure under pressure. Solid understanding of restaurant operations, including labor control and guest service standards. Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
