Job Duties:Daily invoicingReviewing invoices for errorsProcessing of credit memosTransmission of invoices to customersScanning delivery receiptsMonth-end accounting functionsQualifications:Associates degree with a concentration in accounting or at least 1 year of billing experienceProficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and OutlookAbility to work in a fast paced and changing environmentStrong time management skillsDetailed oriented and have good communication skillsGood time management skills and works well in a team environmentThe final base pay offered to the successful candidate will be determined by factors such as work location, job-related skills, qualifications, experience, responsibilities, and relevant education and training.
