Job Summary
Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Sales Executive to join a growing team. This role is pivotal in driving new business and managing a robust book of commercial accounts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in commercial insurance sales, with a focus on real estate or technology industries. Compensation Package
- Base Salary : $150,000 - $250,000 (commensurate with experience and book size)
- Benefits : Comprehensive benefits package available
- Work Environment : Fully remote
- Equipment : Provided for remote work
Responsibilities
- Develop and grow a commercial lines book of business with a focus on real estate or technology accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met.
- Generate new business opportunities and achieve production goals.
- Collaborate with account managers and administrative support teams to provide exceptional service.
- Utilize Salesforce to manage client information, track sales activities, and monitor progress.
- Travel as needed to meet with clients and prospects.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses : Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license in California.
- Experience : Minimum of 5+ years in commercial insurance sales.
- Book of Business : Must have an existing book of business generating $750,000 or more in revenue.
- Industry Focus : Experience with real estate or technology accounts preferred.
- Technical Skills : Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software.
- Soft Skills : Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
