Dietary Aide

Excelcare at Dover is seeking a dependable Dietary Aide to join our team in a skilled nursing facility. This role supports meal service, food preparation, and maintaining a clean dining environment while helping ensure residents receive quality meals and excellent service. Located at 65 N Sussex St, Dover, NJ 07801 Dietary Aide Benefits:

- kitchen equipment sanitation
- Assist in preparing and serving meals according to dietary guidelines
- Deliver trays to resident rooms and dining areas
- Follow portion control and sanitation procedures
- Clean and sanitize workstations, equipment, and dishware
- Assist with food storage and inventory rotation
- Provide snacks and hydration as directed
- Support special dietary needs and resident preferences
- Work collaboratively with dietary and nursing staff
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or healthcare setting a plus
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Must be available to work every other weekend
