We are seeking a Process Technician 3 to support research and development activities in a semiconductor process engineering environment. In this hands-on role, you'll operate process equipment, execute wafer testing activities, collect and document results, and work closely with engineers to support technology development and process optimization.

What You'll Do:

• Perform technical tests and experiments in support of process engineering and R&D initiatives.
• Set up, operate, monitor, and maintain semiconductor processing equipment.
• Execute chip and wafer testing activities within a cleanroom environment.
• Perform wafer cleaving, wet cleaning, CDSEM imaging, and etch tool operations.
• Process test runs and prepare records, charts, graphs, and documentation for engineering review.
• Monitor processes, provide guidance to operators, and escalate issues when necessary.
• Collaborate with engineers and team members to prioritize work and meet project objectives.
• Support process development, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement activities.

Job Requirements

What You'll Bring:

• 1+ year of experience working in a laboratory, cleanroom, manufacturing, semiconductor, or technical environment.
• 1+ year of experience operating equipment and handling wafers, samples, or precision materials.
• 1+ year of experience following standard operating procedures (SOPs) and maintaining process discipline.
• 1+ year of experience documenting test results, observations, or technical data.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• CDSEM operation and imaging experience.
• Semiconductor manufacturing or wafer processing experience.
• Cleanroom experience.
• Experience with wafer cleaving, wet cleaning, etch equipment operation, or metrology tools.
• Strong troubleshooting mindset and analytical problem-solving abilities.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules.

Additional Information:

• Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check.
• Overtime: May be required based on project and business needs.
• Work Location: On-site in Tualatin, OR (11355 SW Leveton Drive, Building C).
• Schedule: Regular Swing Shift, Thursday through Monday, 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM PST.
• Schedule Flexibility: Business needs may require schedule adjustments. Candidates should be comfortable supporting variable operational schedules.
