Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) Certification and minimum 2+ years Surgical Tech / Operating Room Tech experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Schedule/Hours:

• Current certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST)

• Valid BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• Demonstrated ability to react quickly and adapt in a fast-paced surgical environment
• Strong communication skills and commitment to teamwork

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare sterile fields and ensure proper surgical instrumentation is available for each procedure
• Assist surgeons and nurses during operations by managing instruments, equipment, and supplies
• Adhere to strict infection control protocols to maintain patient safety at all times
• Collaborate with surgical staff to anticipate the needs of the surgical team
• Support postoperative clean-up and equipment sterilization, ensuring the suite is ready for subsequent procedures
