CT Technologist (258548) Brandon, Florida Job Title: CT Technologist – Travel / 13-Week Contract Location: Brandon, FL Pay Rate: $2,295 – $2,535 / week About the Role We are seeking an experienced and dependable CT Technologist for a 13-week contract assignment at a high-volume outpatient oncology imaging center in Brandon, FL. Start date is October 5th . You will work alongside another technologist operating a shared Siemens Biograph 40 PET/CT scanner. The facility averages 15–20 scans per day. We need a tech who can hit the ground running with minimal to no training, work independently on the CT side, and provide compassionate care to oncology patients. Key Responsibilities Perform diagnostic CT imaging independently in a fast-paced oncology environment. Manage a daily volume of approximately 15–20 patient scans. Collaborate closely with an onsite PET Technologist to coordinate workflow on a shared scanner. Ensure patient safety, comfort, and high-quality imaging protocols. Maintain complete coverage for the full scheduled shift (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM). Required Qualifications Experience: 2+ years of hands-on CT Technologist experience (must be able to perform exams independently from day one). Licensure: Active Florida CRT (Certified Radiologic Technologist) license. Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) via the American Heart Association (AHA). Preferred Qualifications ARRT Certification in Radiography (R) and Computed Tomography (CT). Prior experience working in an oncology or cancer center setting.
