As a Production Machine Operator, you'll gain experience in multiple manufacturing processes while working in a fast-paced production environment.

• Operate and monitor production machinery after completing company-provided training.
• Load and unload raw materials, components, and finished products.
• Inspect products throughout the manufacturing process to ensure quality standards are met.
• Perform basic measurements and quality checks using production tools and equipment.
• Accurately enter production and inventory information into computer systems.
• Review work orders, production schedules, and manufacturing specifications.
• Support machine setups, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting activities.
• Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment (training available).
• Assist multiple departments based on production demands.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Meet daily production, safety, and quality goals.
• Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to ensure efficient operations.

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Desire to learn and grow within a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Ability to follow safety rules, procedures, and work instructions.

• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, production, or machine operation experience.
• Forklift experience.
• Experience working in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of East Peoria, IL.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
