Senior Cloud Solutions Architect

Job Title: Senior Cloud Solutions Architect (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure)



Location: New York City Metropolitan Area

Required Skills:

• 6 9 years of hands-on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) experience Mandatory
• 4 6 years of experience in Hybrid Infrastructure
• 4 6 years of Cloud Networking
• 4 6 years of Cloud DevOps / Automation
• 2 3 years of Cloud Security
• 2 3 years of experience creating architecture documentation using Visio or Abacus
• 1 2 years of Cloud FinOps
• Experience with Terraform, Ansible, API/CLI automation
• Strong knowledge of High Availability, Disaster Recovery, SRE & DevOps
• Experience with monitoring, observability, SLAs/SLOs/SLIs
• Working knowledge of AWS, Azure, and/or GCP is a plus
• Oracle database/engineered systems experience is a strong plus:
  
  
  
  Oracle RAC, ASM, Data Guard, GoldenGate, RMAN, Exadata, ExaCC, ExaDB-D, Exascale, DBaaS, OEM
• Linux / Network Administration experience is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Design scalable, secure OCI cloud architectures , with AWS/Azure as secondary platforms
• Develop OCI architecture standards, frameworks, and governance models
• Support hybrid integrations and cloud migration initiatives
• Manage configuration, patching, networking/VLANs, backups, and monitoring
• Design for high availability, disaster recovery, and multi-cloud resilience
• Guide engineering teams and provide architectural direction
• Create clear and detailed architecture documentation
