Now Hiring: 1st Shift Customer Service Representative (CSR) – $22.50/hr
Location: Sterling, VA

We’re looking for a dynamic Customer Service Representative to join our busy Contact Center in Sterling, VA. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, have a knack for solving problems, and are ready to make every interaction count, this opportunity is for you! What You’ll Do:

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers via inbound and outbound communication
• Resolve product and service inquiries with professionalism and care
• Manage a high volume of service tickets with superior organizational and time management skills
• Support both your designated team member and the wider operations, ensuring seamless service

Who We’re Looking For:

• Strong background in customer service—your experience and attitude set you apart!
• Detail-oriented multitasker who’s calm under pressure and thrives in a busy setting
• Excellent communicator, able to confidently interact with clients, customers, and technicians alike
• Previous experience in a medical setting (medical receptionist, scheduler, etc.) is a MAJOR plus!
• Track record of longevity in prior roles—commitment and reliability matter!
