What You’ll Do Provide clinical support to SAFY of OhioTreatment Directors Will support and review, approve and/or final sign clinical documentation Review PSDs (Diagnostic Assessments) Reviews Care Plans Review Clinical Documentation- ie. Clinical notes Review Safety plans Other assigned clinical documentation by Manager Qualifications Master’s degree in human resources or related field. LISW, LISW-S or LPC required.
