Job Category Retail Position Summary The Maintenance Technician is an entry‑level position in which you will be an integral part of a fantastic team servicing vehicles. Pay Range: $13.20 – $19.80. Full‑time and part‑time benefits are available from day one, including tool program discounts. Bridgestone is committed to fair and lawful compensation practices. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair basic automotive systems including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust and electrical. Change oil and perform scheduled maintenance services. Install and maintain tires. Install batteries and shock absorbers; check electrical systems. Road‑test vehicles to verify proper operation. Minimum Qualifications Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks. Must possess a valid automobile driver’s license at all times and be able to operate customer and company vehicles.
