Shipping and Receiving Associate Location: Orange, CA Pay Range: $19.00 to $21.00 per hour DOE Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm Full Time, Onsite Temporary with the possibility of Temp to Hire We are actively seeking a Shipping and Receiving Associate to join an established apparel and textile brand producing soft, high quality loungewear right here in the USA. Orders move constantly in this warehouse, and the person in this seat keeps that momentum steady. You will pull and pack customer orders, receive and verify incoming shipments, lift and stage garment bags weighing 30 to 50 pounds, and log inventory accurately so the whole operation runs on reliable numbers. Reasons to Join This Team Handle a beautiful, American made product that customers love and reorder season after season Feel real ownership of your area in a compact team where your accuracy directly protects the brand's reputation Stay busy with days thatmovelightning fast based on the pace of the business Consistent regular schedule with weekends and evenings off Work in a straightforward garment warehouse setting with none of the corporate red tape What You'll Be Responsible For Pick, pack, and prepare customer and wholesale orders accurately for on time departure Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against documentation, and flag discrepancies right away Lift, move, and stage garment bags ranging from 30 to 50 pounds throughout the shift Record inventory movement promptly so stock counts stay dependable across systems Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe shipping and receiving area every single day Prepare shipping labels and documentation through the company's shipping platform Partner closely with office and production teammates to keep order flow uninterrupted Support cycle counts and periodic inventory checks as needed To Be Successful in This Role, You'll Bring: 1+ years of shipping, receiving, warehouse, or fulfillment experience, with apparel or garment industry exposure especially valuable for understanding product handling and daily pace Proven ability to lift and handle 30 to 50 pound items repeatedly throughout a full shift Great work habits and accuracy under real time deadlines Basic computer comfort for inventory entry and shipping software; ShipStation familiarity is a plus Energy and a strong sense of urgency in a genuinely high volume environment Dependable attendance, a cooperative attitude and clear communication with teammates Dynamic's benefits and leave programs for Temporary and Temp to Hire Associates are provided in our employee handbook and are reviewed during onboarding and follow state, local and federal laws.
