This is a customer focused administrative role responsible for supporting daily operations, assisting customers and internal teams, managing administrative tasks, and delivering excellent service. What you’ll do: Champion Diamond Vogel’s purpose and values and inspire others to uphold company values Process customer orders Respond to phone and email inquiries from current and potential customers Partner with sales representatives to support external customers Provide creative solutions for customer needs Develop and maintain positive relationships with all customers Collaborate with internal departments to satisfy customer expectations What skills and experience you’ll need: Candidates should have at least one year of professional experience in an office setting Basic knowledge of ERP systems for data management, reporting, and process support Prior exposure to ERP systems and office environments is expected A team-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently are also important Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational and administrative abilities Attention to accuracy and detail Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment We offer competitive wages and a complete benefits package, including health, dental, and vision; 401k with employer match; life & disability insurance; HSA (health savings account); PTO (paid time off ); and more.
