At Paychex, you'll have the opportunity to grow your career, make a meaningful impact, and be part of something bigger as One Paychex.OverviewThe Implementation Consultant is responsible for utilizing best-in-class implementation practices to onboard Paycor clients, spanning from single product delivery to multi-product, complex relationships. Regardless of complexity, the Implementation Consultant executes project tasks to ensure timely completion of key milestones, closely collaborates with team members to facilitate a thorough and accurate conversion, and provide consultative input on our products and services to effectively meet clients' business requirements. Successful Implementation candidates will demonstrate a dedicated focus to clients. More specifically, the ability to establish immediate rapport and connection, quickly understand clients' needs, and tactfully address challenges and concerns while driving the implementation forward. Additionally, they will possess demonstrated influencing skills to help clients understand and fully utilize the Paycor software to maximize their business productivity, client satisfaction, and ultimately retention.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate the transition of new clients from their existing human capital management software to the Paycor product suite; utilize effective client service and change management practices to ensure a smooth conversion.Act as the primary client contact throughout the client implementation process; escalate needs, issues, concerns to the business partners and management as appropriate.Establish a strong working relationship with each client based on clear expectation-setting and mutual trust building. Ensure clients' requirements and business objectives are defined clearly that they are well understood by the entire project team.Proactively consult clients on best practices and necessary system and process changes to achieve implementation milestones and goalsWork in coordination with non-client facing Implementation team members to ensure accurate database configurationTest client data and Paycor system configuration to ensure proper functionality and quality; resolve data discrepancies as a result of testing and/or initial production activity within the softwareInvestigate, analyze and recommend solutions for clients'issues; collaborate with Implementation leadership and Technical Support staff to eliminate recurring issuesMaintain accurate project status in Paycor project management software; provide real time updates as needed to project stakeholders; proactively identify and mitigate project risksConduct face-face telephone/web-based system review sessions with new usersWork closely with sales partners to ensure client expectations are being met; provide technical expertise to support the Sales team when neededTransition clients to ongoing Client Services Support resources upon successful implementationOther duties as assignedQualificationsBachelor's Degree - Required1 year of experience in a client-facing position; prior implementation, project management or business to business sales experience a plus.Knowledge of human capital software preferred.CompensationIn the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share that the starting base pay range for this position is $47,600.00 - $74,800.00 annually. Please keep in mind that this range is the base pay only and does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position.
