Bilingual HR Assistant / Onsite Recruiter-AM & PM Shift

Internal position with Job&talent placed onsite at our logistics warehouse client

Fort Worth, TX 76117

Shift: Monday-Friday
1st Shift: 8AM to 5:30PM
(OT available during the week and weekends, when workload requires it)

Position Summary

We are seeking a Bilingual HR Assistant / Onsite Recruiter to support daily hiring, onboarding, and HR operations inside a fast‐paced logistics facility. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work directly with candidates and associates throughout the day.

 

You’ll be responsible for coordinating new hire orientations, managing job postings, processing onboarding paperwork, and supporting the client with staffing needs. This is a hands‐on, people‐focused role where professionalism and reliability are essential.

Bilingual English–Spanish is required (spoken and written).

 

Core Responsibilities

Candidate Check‐In & Onboarding Support

Greet candidates and employees as they arrive onsite.

Verify IDs, assist with paperwork, and ensure all onboarding documents are completed accurately.

Prepare badges, assign lockers/work areas, and guide new hires through their first day.

 

Recruiting & Job Posting Management

Post open roles across multiple platforms and maintain updated job listings.

Screen applicants, schedule interviews/orientations, and maintain consistent communication with candidates.

Coordinate with the recruiting branch to fill same‐day or urgent staffing needs.

 

HR & Administrative Support

Enter candidate information into Excel, ATS systems, and internal databases.

Maintain accurate records, track attendance, and support daily reporting needs.

Assist with compliance tasks, including I‐9 verification and document audits.

 

Floor Support & Employee Relations

Walk the floor as needed to check in with associates and ensure new hires are settling in.

Provide guidance, answer questions, and help maintain a positive and professional work environment.

Support the client with communication between supervisors, associates, and the recruiting team.

 

End‐of‐Day Wrap‐Up

Ensure all onboarding tasks are completed and documented.

Update hiring trackers, attendance logs, and daily reports.

Communicate any issues, concerns, or follow‐ups needed to the HR or recruiting team.

 

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in HR, staffing, recruiting, customer service, or a fast‐paced warehouse/logistics environment.

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.

Comfortable interacting with large groups and providing clear instructions.

Ability to stay organized, multitask, and handle shifting priorities.

Experience with Excel, ATS platforms, and cloud‐based systems (Kronos, ADP, Workday, etc.) is a plus.

Professional, reliable, and able to maintain confidentiality.
Open to working overtime when available
