What You Will Do
  • Champion health, safety, environmental stewardship, and 6S practices.
  • Coordinate with Engineering and Quality to boost capability and eradicate waste.
  • Use lean and Six Sigma tools to troubleshoot chronic issues and remove root causes.
  • Secure the right resources—staffing, technical support, maintenance, and materials—to keep every value stream running.
  • Align with Production Control on sequencing and ensure the schedule is achieved.
  • Carry out additional related duties to sustain flow and meet customer demand.
How You’ll Be Supported

You will report to the Manufacturing Manager, who oversees total site production performance and leads a team comprised of Value Stream Managers and Production Coordinators.

What It Takes
  • Track record of delivering results in a high-performance manufacturing environment.
  • Comfort managing multiple complex priorities with rigorous attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate clearly, motivate teams, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Excellent analytical, planning, organizational, and administrative skills.
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 3–5 years of leadership experience.
Preferred/Plus
  • Background managing other managers.
  • Engineering degree or equivalent experience.
  • Green Belt certification.
  • Manufacturing leadership in a team-based environment.
  • Project management experience.
Work Setting
  • Manufacturing shop floor and office environment.
