Maintenance Technician

Keep clubs well maintained and safe Perform routine maintenance and repairs of basic plumbing, lighting, millwork, door hardware and other mechanical systems Perform maintenance and repairs on millwork, plumbing, lighting, pool systems and laundry equipment Verify through logs and inspection systems that temperatures, pressures and chemistry meet state, local and company requirements Respond to and prioritize repair requests, including immediate response to emergency repairs Accurately record repair and preventive maintenance activity in Maintenance Tracking software Provide a positive experience for members and guests in a high-energy health club environment Requirements High School Diploma or GED 3 to 4 years of facility maintenance experience or equivalent training Ability to routinely and repetitively bend and lift more than 20 lbs. Ability to work in a stationery position and move about the club for prolonged periods of time CPR/AED certification required within 30 days of hire Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in facility maintenance, including plumbing, lighting, and mechanical systems, while ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.
