Tanning and Salon Sales Associate

Glow Tan & Spa is looking for an outgoing, motivated, and customer-focused team member to join our growing salon! We specialize in luxury custom spray tanning and premium UV tanning, and we're passionate about helping our clients look and feel their best. We're looking for someone who enjoys talking with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is excited by the opportunity to recommend products and services that genuinely benefit our clients. What You\'ll Be Doing Greeting clients and creating an exceptional guest experience Checking clients in for appointments and tanning sessions Performing custom spray tans (provided training, no experience necessary) Recommending tanning lotions, skincare, and retail products based on clients' goals Answering phones, booking appointments, and assisting with client questions Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming salon environment Preparing rooms and equipment between clients Supporting daily salon operations and working as part of a positive team We\'re Looking For Someone Who... Is 18 years or older Has a positive, outgoing personality and enjoys meeting new people Is confident communicating with clients and making personalized recommendations Has an interest in sales and enjoys working toward goals Is dependable, professional, and eager to learn Takes pride in keeping a clean and organized workspace Has an interest in beauty, wellness, aesthetics, marketing, or communications (a plus, but not required) Individuals 18 or older, and eager to grow in sales, are recommended to apply. Schedule Part-time Weekday morning and daytime availability preferred Compensation $9–$13 per hour, based on experience (in addition to tips on spray tans!)
