Physical Therapist needed to provide outpatient care in Hollister, CA. The role involves evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with healthcare staff. The assignment lasts 13 weeks with weekly compensation up to $3,160.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment plans for patients
• Use evidence-based practices to restore function, relieve pain, and improve mobility
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and prevention strategies
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other therapists to ensure quality care
• Document patient progress and update treatment plans accordingly
• Maintain compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations

Qualifications:

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current California PT License
• BLS Certification

Preferred Skills:

• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience
