Manufacturing Engineer

Kelly Services is currently seeking a Manufacturing Engineer position for one of our top clients in Palm Beach Gardens, FL.

• Kelly Outsourcing Consulting Group KellyOCG, a managed solution provider and business unit of Kelly Services, Inc., is currently seeking a Manufacturing Engineer for a long-term engagement at one of our Global clients in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. This role is a full-time, fully benefited position.

As a Manufacturing Engineer placed with KellyOCG you will be responsible for the following:


Focus on tooling requires a bachelor's degree in engineering, strong problem-solving skills, and a foundational knowledge of manufacturing processes, including tooling design and implementation.

• Process Improvement: Develop and improve manufacturing processes for daily production and help with efficiency improvements.
• Experience with decommissioning of tooling equipment and commissioning of new tools.
• Collaboration: Work with senior engineers and project managers to validate processes and troubleshoot issues.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of procedures, drawings, and reports.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
A Bachelor's degree in mechanical, manufacturing, or industrial engineering is typically required.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

• Attention to detail with ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with CAD software such as SolidWorks.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes, including tooling and lean manufacturing principles.
• Proficiency in data analysis and tools.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and understand technical specifications.
