We are looking for a  motivated, experienced sales professional with management experience to join our team as a  Manager in Training . This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is ready to take the next step in their career and grow into a leadership role within a fast-paced tanning and wellness environment.

The ideal candidate is energetic, professional, goal-oriented, and passionate about providing an exceptional customer experience while driving sales and team performance.

What You'll Do

• Learn and master all aspects of daily spa and salon operations
• Lead by example and provide outstanding customer service
• Drive membership, package, tanning, wellness, and skincare product sales
• Train, coach, and motivate team members to achieve sales goals
• Monitor daily sales performance and key business metrics
• Assist with scheduling, opening and closing procedures, and cash handling
• Maintain a clean, welcoming, and professional salon environment
• Build strong relationships with clients and encourage customer retention
• Conduct effective sales consultations and confidently recommend products and services
• Help manage inventory and merchandising
• Address customer questions and concerns professionally
• Support the General Manager with day-to-day operations
• Learn company policies, procedures, and leadership expectations with the goal of advancing into a management position

Required Qualifications

Previous sales AND management experience is required.
