Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology required
• Active state licensure to practice as an SLP
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Familiarity with pediatric populations and school-based services preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders within a school-based setting
• Develop and update Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for students
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to support student progress
• Document interventions, progress, and maintain records according to school and legal requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and multidisciplinary team discussions
• Adapt therapy plans as needed to meet the diverse needs of pediatric students
