Accounts Payable Clerk

You'll manage provider cards, process invoices, and keep our payments running smoothly — with real ownership of the AP function in a company that's scaling nationally. We're headquartered in Savannah, GA and growing fast. WHAT YOU'LL DO Prepare, load, and record credit cards. Maintain accurate general ledger journal entries. Manage the Accounts Payable Dashboard on Salesforce, including accounting reports. Process accounts payable invoices and make provider payments promptly. Prepare sales and use tax returns. Provide support for internal and external audits. Collaborate with other departments to resolve accounting issues. Assist the Accounts Receivable team as needed. Other accounting duties as assigned. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred — relevant experience may substitute. 1–2 years of Accounts Payable experience, preferably with rental invoicing. Advanced knowledge of Excel and accounting software. Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Strong understanding of accounting principles and best practices. Excellent problem‑solving and research skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Commitment to accuracy and attention to detail.
