Your opportunity: We are seeking a Dietary Aide whose primary responsibility consists of performing dining services duties including kitchen preparation, food tray preparation and dining room service. Ensures compliance with all legal and company guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assembles room trays from tray line steam table cook and places in room delivery carts.
• Sets up beverage cart and soup cart and delivers to skilled care dining room. Serves residents
• Cleans and re-sets tables for next meal service.
• Carries soiled linen to laundry.
• Returns beverage cart to kitchen and restocks for next meal.
• Stocks snacks, thickened liquids, canned juices. Restock food deliveries as needed
• Sweeps dining room as required, prepares condiments, and rolls silverware.

Qualifications: Minimum education required: high school diploma or equivalent preferred. Experience: institutional food service background desired but not required.
