As a Security Officer Reception Concierge in Coppell, TX , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional in a healthcare location, you will be a welcoming, visible presence for patients, visitors, and staff. You will manage access, monitor entry activity, respond to security-related concerns, and provide exceptional customer service using computer or tablet tools. Pay Rate: $16.70 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific procedures and access-control policies at the front desk of a healthcare location.
• Monitor visitor entry, verify identification and/or appointments as required, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate visitor records.
• Receive and direct telephone calls, visitors, deliveries, and service providers while maintaining a professional and courteous presence.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Observe front-desk activity, report unusual conditions or security-related concerns, and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
