We are currently looking for an Associate Dentist to become part of our expanding team. Support our mission of delivering outstanding dental care within the community and assist us in creating more smiles and unforgettable experiences for both children and adults. As an Associate Dentist, you will provide dental care to patients with the assistance of your team. Our practice is equipped with:

• DentaPro software
• Digital x-ray and Panorex units
• Fiber-optic handpieces
• Annual OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training
• A supportive team structure: 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, and 2 dental assistants per provider
• A patient demographic primarily consisting of ages 3-21, with up to 30% adults (varies by location)
• An office flow averaging 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients
• A mix of state insurance plans, PPO, and out-of-network payors

This role offers opportunities for growth and development through mentoring and collaboration.

• Guaranteed base salary of $900 per day with unlimited earning potential (dependent on experience and start date), ranging from $230,000 to $350,000
• Sign-on bonus of up to $30,000

We are looking for candidates who possess:

• A DDS/DMD degree from a dental program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
• A current, valid dental license in the states where care is provided or eligibility for licensure
• Additional certifications as required, including CPR and DEA
• Nitrous Oxide certification (only for LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
• A compassionate nature and a strong commitment to providing dental care to both children and adults
