- Develops instructional materials for instructor-led courses and projects, leveraging modern technologies to optimize learning outcomes and achieve educational objectives.
- Designs and develops Interactive Multimedia Instruction (IMI), Computer-Based Instruction (CBI), and Technology- Enhanced Learning (TEL) materials that leverage strategically selected technological applications to enhance learning outcomes and achieve educational objectives.
- Conducts thorough analysis of instructional materials to identify and prioritize the most relevant and critical content, ensuring alignment with educational outcomes and objectives.
- Conducts thorough reviews of instructional materials to ensure alignment with established learning objectives, utilizing a systematic approach to analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of training products.
- Creates and integrates visual media solutions that effectively communicate complex educational and instructional concepts, leveraging expertise in multimedia design and development.
