Job Description

Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced CT Technologist to perform diagnostic imaging procedures in a fast-paced community hospital environment. This position is ideal for candidates with prior CT experience and the ability to handle high patient volumes across multiple age groups.

Responsibilities:

• Operate Siemens and Toshiba CT scanners to acquire quality diagnostic images.
• Prepare and position patients of various age groups, including adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and proper use of specialized equipment such as Medrad injectors.
• Assist in maintaining clean and organized workspaces and ensure accurate documentation within Synapse PACS and Medrad systems.
• Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare team members to deliver timely and accurate diagnostic results.
• Adhere to all regulatory and certification requirements, including ARRT certification and state licensure.

Qualifications:

• Possess ARRT certification (Registered Radiologic Technologist and Advanced).
• Maintain active state licensure in Massachusetts.
• Have at least 2 years of CT technologist experience, preferably in high-volume settings.
• Demonstrate proficiency with Medrad injectors and basic CT imaging without advanced or cardiac modalities.
• Ability to multi-task and manage workflow efficiently in a dynamic environment.
• Possess strong communication and patient care skills.
