Associate Optometrist – LensCrafters We are looking for an Independent Doctor of Optometry to serve as an Associate Optometrist within a LensCrafters Subleasing Optometrist practice. Responsibilities & Qualifications Independent Doctor of Optometry affiliated with LensCrafters (Luxottica). Work within the practice of a LensCrafters Subleasing Optometrist as an employee or contracted doctor. Professional autonomy to care for patients. Full scope of practice with no company–imposed restrictions. Flexible scheduling (part‑time or full time, as negotiated). Benefits Professional autonomy to care for patients. Full scope of practice predicated only on your professional discretion and agreement with the Subleasing Doctor (no company imposed restrictions or quotas). Flexible scheduling including part‑time commitments or option to add work to an existing schedule. Work in a fully furnished office with a full suite of OD equipment; many utilize Clarifye digital eye examination technology. Access to Daytona Optomap Digital Retinal Imaging System and full tech & pre‑testing support. Automated online appointment book and patient recall system. Company & Employment Information Subleasing doctor will negotiate terms of agreement, practice model, pay, and hours directly. Employee pay is determined by geography, experience, qualifications, skills, and local minimum wage requirements. A competitive bonus and/or commission plan may be offered.
